Requirements:

• MSW from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Clinical counseling training and experience
• Crisis management skills; comfortable in secure/correctional settings
• Correctional experience preferred
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients/week
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff
