Contract position in Portage, WI — Start ASAP for 26 weeks. Schedule: 07:00 AM–03:30 PM. Rate: $54.90/hr.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver clinical counseling and therapeutic services in a secure setting. The ideal candidate is skilled in crisis management, able to work independently, and comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary and correctional staff.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Wisconsin
• Clinical counseling training and experience
• Experience with crisis intervention and working in secure environments
• Correctional experience preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
• Perform psychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary and correctional teams
