Shift Length: 36-hour shifts
Rate: $2,434 per 36 hours

Required licensure & certifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred

Required experience & skills:

• Experience in labor & delivery and/or postpartum nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-education skills

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and fetal tracings during labor and delivery
• Provide hands-on care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
• Administer medications and interventions per facility protocols
• Perform newborn assessments and initial care
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding
• Accurately document care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
