Contract Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — Green Bay, WI (26-week)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed in Green Bay, WI for a 26-week contract beginning ASAP. Full-time schedule, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: $54.90/hour.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Clinical counseling training and experience
• Comfort with crisis management and working in secure settings
• Correctional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients weekly
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary and correctional staff

This role is ideal for an experienced LCSW who is comfortable in secure or correctional environments and able to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.
