Contract LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) — Green Bay, WI (26-week, Crisis/Correctional)

We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a contract team in Green Bay, WI. This is an ASAP start for a 26-week assignment, working weekdays from 7:45 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is $54.90/hr.

What you’ll do

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions to a caseload of about 20–30 patients per week.
• Perform psychosocial assessments, make clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and perform risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and correctional staff in a secure environment.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in Wisconsin.
• Clinical counseling training and experience, with comfort managing crises.
• Ability to work independently; prior correctional experience is a plus.
