Contract Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — Portage, WI (26-week)

We’re seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join a contract team in Portage, WI. This role starts ASAP for a 26-week assignment, working weekdays from 7:45 AM–4:30 PM, and pays $54.90/hr.

You’ll be doing clinical work in a secure setting, so you should have an MSW from an accredited program and an active Wisconsin LCSW. Strong clinical counseling skills, comfort with crisis management, and the ability to work independently are essential. Correctional experience is a plus.

Day-to-day you’ll provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions, manage a caseload of about 20–30 patients per week, and complete psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. You’ll also perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, keep thorough clinical documentation, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary and correctional staff.
