Summary:
Provide nursing care in an outpatient/clinic setting. Work under RN or physician supervision to support patient assessment, treatment, documentation, and education.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• BLS required
• Outpatient/clinic experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and organization
• Additional certifications per specialty preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, obtain vitals, and document findings
• Administer medications, injections, and basic treatments per protocols
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Deliver patient education and follow care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinic policies
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment
