Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; provide ongoing patient assessments and interventions.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in medical records.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, monitor and supervise patient conduct.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
