Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in Hart

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
