LPN - Long-Term Care (Contract) — Hart, MI — 4-Week Travel Assignment

We’re looking for a compassionate LPN to join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for a short-term contract. This is a 4-week assignment starting ASAP with competitive pay: Travel $1,752/40 hrs or Local $1,684/40 hrs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct nursing care, including vital signs and medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Work with the healthcare team to implement and follow individualized care plans.
• Document care accurately and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Keep resident areas clean and supportive.
• Offer emotional support and communicate effectively with residents and their families.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, valid LPN license for Hart, MI.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate well in a team-oriented environment.
• A patient-centered, compassionate approach to care.
