Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments; obtain specimens for testing
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, provide interventions, and document progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing activities, assessments, and education
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain patient order and supervise conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
