Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for a 4-week contract starting ASAP. Competitive pay: Travel $1,752/40 hrs or Local $1,684/40 hrs.

What we’re looking for

• Active LPN license valid to practice in Michigan (able to work in Hart, MI)
• At least 1 year of long-term care or similar experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and basic treatments per resident care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Monitor resident condition, report changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing interventions and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident-centered care
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
