Travel RN – Long Term Care (Lebanon, NH)

Join a short-term contract assignment in Lebanon, NH as a Registered Nurse. This travel position begins ASAP for a 2-week assignment, weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 07:00 AM–03:30 PM. Compensation: $2,088 per 40-hour week.

Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the practicing state
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patients, plan and implement individualized nursing care, and document assessments, interventions, education, and progress in the medical record
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per policy
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and assist with clinical procedures
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, monitor patient behavior, and supervise conduct as needed
• Complete assigned duties from Management

This role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and effective teamwork for high-quality patient care.
