LPN – Long-Term Care (Contract/Travel) — Hart, MI

Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI on a 4-week contract with an ASAP start. Compensation: Travel $1,752/40 hrs (Local $1,684/40 hrs).

Requirements:

• Active LPN license for practice in Michigan
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or comparable experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and basic treatments according to established care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Monitor, recognize, and report changes in resident condition promptly
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident-centered care
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols consistently
