Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care | Lewiston, ME (19-week Contract)

Join a 19-week contract/travel assignment in Lewiston, ME, starting ASAP. This full-time role follows a 06:45 AM–07:15 PM schedule. Pay: Travel rate $1,879 per 36 hours.

Required credentials:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, and document care and progress in the medical record.
• Administer medications, collect specimens for testing, and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals and coordinate care.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring, interventions, and education; update records to reflect assessments and outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, promote patient safety and appropriate conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
