Contract RN - Long Term Care (Albuquerque, NM)

Contract Registered Nurse (Local, Non-Travel) needed in Albuquerque, NM. Start ASAP for a 6-week assignment. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Compensation: $1,220 per 36-hour week.

Minimum qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Administer medications, obtain specimens for testing, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and communicate patient status.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring, intervene when necessary, and record progress and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility policies and supervise patient conduct where applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
