Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments; initiate interventions and document responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, education, and progress in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
