Contract (non-travel) Registered Nurse opportunity in Santa Fe, NM. Start ASAP for a 10-week assignment. Schedule: 06:00 AM–06:30 PM. Local rate: $1,188/36 hours.

Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, and document clinical status and care provided.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for laboratory testing according to protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring, implement interventions, and record progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, education, and nursing activities in the medical record.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, enforce unit standards and patient conduct expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
