LPN/LVN – Long-Term Care (14-Week Contract, Waterville ME) 1,220/40-hr

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team in Waterville, ME for a 14-week, contract (non-travel) assignment starting ASAP. This is a local position with a PM shift (01:45 PM–10:15 PM) and compensation of $1,220 per 40 hours.

What you’ll need

• Active, valid LPN license for the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll do
You’ll provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians, focusing on patient comfort, safety, and clinical needs. Typical duties include medication administration, wound care, IV/urine catheter care, and regular monitoring of vital signs. You’ll perform assessments, document changes in condition, collect samples for labs, and follow infection control and medication safety protocols. Educating patients and families, supporting preventive care, and advocating for patient needs are also part of the role. You may be asked to supervise CNAs or other assistive personnel at times, and you’ll respond to emergencies following established procedures.
