Travel RN – Long-Term Care (Hart, MI) 4-Week Contract

Join a skilled nursing team in Hart, MI for a 4-week contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role pays $2,040 per 40 hours for travel clinicians and $1,964 per 40 hours for local clinicians.

What you’ll be asked to do

• Create and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident’s needs.
• Provide hands-on nursing care and supervisory oversight to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health and progress.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain regulatory and facility compliance at all times.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license valid in Michigan.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
