Join a contract travel assignment in Hart, MI as a Registered Nurse in long-term care. This full-time, 4-week engagement starts ASAP. Compensation: Travel: $2,040/40 hrs; Local: $1,964/40 hrs.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Hart
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and leadership skills
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans
- Deliver direct nursing care and provide supervision to LPNs and CNAs
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to plan of care
- Monitor, document, and report residents’ clinical status and progress
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards to maintain quality and compliance
