Travel RN – Long-Term Care (Hart, MI) 4-Week Contract

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced RN to join a long-term care team in Hart, MI. This is a 4-week contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. You’ll care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, lead a small clinical team, and help keep the facility running smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

Details:

• Location: Hart, MI
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Rate: Travel: $2,040/40 hrs | Local: $1,964/40 hrs

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in Hart
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills

What you’ll do:

• Create and carry out individualized care plans for residents
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ health status and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure care practices meet regulatory and facility standards
