Join a contract/travel team in Hermiston, OR, as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse. This day-shift role starts ASAP and offers $2,358 for a 36-hour pay period.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred based on patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform frequent assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in condition.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate clinical changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
