Travel RN — Medical-Surgical (Inpatient) — Bethel, AK (32-hr Contract)

Join a contract travel team in Bethel, AK, providing inpatient medical-surgical care. This position offers immediate start, flexible day or night shifts, and a compensation of $2,163 per 32-hour period.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Prior inpatient Med-Surg experience preferred
• Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and clear communication

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and accurately document patient status and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and timely
• Support procedures and coordinate patient care across the care continuum
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
