Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician — Livonia, MI (Inpatient/Outpatient, H1B Eligible)

We’re looking for a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a team in Livonia, Michigan, providing both inpatient and outpatient care to a busy high-risk obstetrics population. This is a permanent, clinical position with shared call duties (mostly phone coverage with hospital visits as needed). Start is ASAP and coverage is ongoing.

What the role looks like

• Manage high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications in collaboration with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists.
• Work in both clinic and hospital settings with an established team that currently includes one community provider and one contract provider who participates with residency clinic activity.
• Typical schedule is day shifts; specific days and call rotation will be determined.
• Supported by medical assistants, sonographers, and additional office staff to help deliver coordinated care.

Must-haves

• Board certified in OBGYN and MFM, or board eligible within two years of residency completion.
• Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• DEA registration, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Clean professional record preferred.
• Open to H1B visa holders only.
