Travel RN – Med-Surg/Telemetry in State College, PA | High-Paying 36-hr Contract

Join a contract travel team in State College, PA, providing medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care. This full-time assignment starts ASAP, with a 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. shift and a pay rate of $1,879 for 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry/cardiac units.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring, including cardiac telemetry.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes in patient status to the team.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
