Travel RN – Med-Surg/Telemetry (Nights) – Morristown, VT (Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a hospital team in Morristown, VT for a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a night/varied shift role on a med-surg/telemetry unit. The assignment pays $2,182 for 36 hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor and assess patients regularly, including cardiac telemetry monitoring.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Teach patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and self-management.
• Work closely with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.

Who we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Experience in medical-surgical and/or telemetry nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry or cardiac-focused units.
