Travel RN – Med-Surg/Telemetry (Night Shift) – Windsor, VT

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a small, close-knit community hospital in Windsor, VT on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a night shift position (12-hour shifts) with every-other-weekend coverage required; holidays may be required as needed. The assignment may include floating between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units, and you must be willing to float to other units within your scope of practice.

Schedule and pay

• Shift type: Nights
• Shift length: 12 hours
• Weekend requirements: Every other weekend (holidays as needed)
• Pay: $2,340 per 36 hours

What you’ll need

• Minimum 2 years recent Med-Surg and Rehab experience
• Charge RN experience
• Previous travel experience (at least a 3-month travel assignment)
• Willingness to float between Acute Rehab and Med-Surg and to other units as needed (within scope)
• BSN strongly preferred
• Active AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications

Licensing & practical requirements

• Valid RN licensure—Vermont license (Compact allowed) or New Hampshire RN license or other Compact RN license acceptable
• Permanent address required
• This is a small community with no public transportation; you must have your own vehicle (firm requirement)
