Requirements:

Active RN license (state-specific)
Experience in NICU and/or Newborn Nursery
BLS required; NRP required; PALS preferred
Strong neonatal assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care to newborns and neonatal patients
Monitor vital signs, growth, and developmental progress
Administer medications, IV therapy, and nutritional support as ordered
Collaborate with neonatologists and the care team to implement care plans
Educate and support families on infant care and safety
