Join a contract/travel oncology team in Chico, CA—start ASAP. This night-shift position begins at 7:00 PM and pays $2,815 per 36-hour period. Ideal candidates bring oncology or hematology experience and a commitment to safe, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Oncology or hematology nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; OCN preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient-education, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and related oncology treatments.
• Monitor patients for side effects and adverse reactions; intervene and escalate as needed.
• Provide clear education to patients and families about diagnosis, medications, and supportive care.
• Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient responses.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
