Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) — Contract/Travel, Laramie WY, Rotating Shift

We’re looking for an experienced perioperative RN to join a team in Laramie, WY on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role is a rotating shift position and offers $2,704 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing

• Get patients, instruments, and the OR ready for surgery—everything from prepping the room to verifying supplies and equipment.
• Serve as the circulating nurse or scrub tech during procedures, working closely with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure smooth, safe operations.
• Monitor patients’ condition, administer medications as ordered, and maintain strict sterile technique throughout each case.
• Accurately document surgical care and follow facility protocols and compliance standards.
• Provide clear education and support to patients and families about pre- and post-operative care.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Perioperative or OR experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications are a plus.
