PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline:
- 3045 days if licensed
- 90120 days if licensing required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- General OR cases (excluding OB, burns, transplants, open heart)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Idaho license required (open to licensing)
- Board: NBCRNA
- DEA: Required
- CSR: Idaho CSR required
- Certifications: As required by facility
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (6 months considered)
- Other Qualifications: Comfortable with Level II trauma; supervision model up to 4:1
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
- Participate in scheduled shifts and assigned call coverage
- Work within a supervision-based anesthesia model
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Comply with facility policies and patient safety standards
