Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to ED consults
- Manage admissions and inpatient rounding
- Perform deliveries and emergency cesarean sections
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy
- Provide phone consults as needed
Volumes & Support
- Annual deliveries: ~250
- Daily patient volume: 5–10
- Phone consults/day: ~5
- Admissions/day: ~2
- Support staff: 3 RNs, 1 MA, 2 office staff
- Trauma level: IV
- EMR: MediTech
Privileges & Logistics

- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements
- Active Kentucky medical license
- BC/BE in OB/GYN
- Current BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS (AHA)
