Travel RN—Operating Room/Circulating Nurse (Sidney, MT)

Join a surgical team in Sidney, MT on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role is a 36-hour assignment with pay at $2,182 per 36 hours. You’ll work in the operating room as a circulating RN, helping create a safe, organized environment for surgical patients and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare the OR and patients for surgery, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Circulate during cases: monitor patient status, anticipate team needs, and assist where needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and administer medications as ordered.
• Accurately document nursing care, intraoperative details, and patient outcomes.
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative or surgical nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and effective communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or other perioperative certifications are a plus.
