Travel RN — Operating Room (Circulating) — Hermiston, OR — Contract/36-hr Week

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a surgical team in Hermiston, OR on a contract/travel assignment. This is a day-shift position starting ASAP, offering $2,560 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Get patients and the operating room ready for procedures, ensuring a safe, sterile environment.
• Serve as the circulating RN during surgery: monitor patient status, assist the surgical team, and maintain communication throughout the case.
• Administer medications as ordered and maintain strict sterile technique.
• Accurately document perioperative care, surgical details, and patient outcomes.
• Provide clear education and support to patients and families about pre- and post-op care.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to promote optimal patient outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative or surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or other perioperative certifications preferred.
