Occupational Therapist (OTR) — Outpatient Days, West Branch MI

Join our outpatient team in West Branch, MI, providing patient-centered occupational therapy in an 8-hour day shift (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) with weekend coverage required. This full-time position is available ASAP.

Core requirements:

• Current OTR and NBCOT certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• BLS certification (must be obtained within one month of hire/transfer)
• Willing to consider new graduates; more than one year of experience preferred
• AOTA membership preferred

Key competencies:

• Strong interpersonal skills for clear verbal and written communication in English with individuals and groups at all levels
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem solving, organization, initiative, and time management
• Competence in demonstrating and teaching treatment routines to both professional and non-professional staff
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation

Safety and compliance:

• Annual completion of OSHA training per the Exposure Control Plan is required
• Ability to work in settings with potential exposure to communicable diseases and to use personal protective equipment correctly
