Travel RN – PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care) – Hermiston, OR – Evening Shift (3p–11:30p)

Join us in Hermiston, OR as a PACU Registered Nurse on a contract/travel assignment. This evening shift position (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) starts ASAP and pays $2,358 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Provide focused post-anesthesia care by monitoring vital signs, airway, and overall patient status immediately after procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, manage pain, and carry out necessary interventions.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in condition or post-op complications.
• Teach patients and families clear, practical post-procedure care and discharge instructions.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation and work closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure seamless care.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS is required; ACLS or PALS preferred.
