Minimum requirements

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• PCU/step-down or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and vital signs; recognize and respond to changes
• Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Initiate escalation of care when indicated
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
