Night RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown | Louisville, KY | $49.30/hr Contract

Join a progressive care/step-down team in Louisville, KY for a bundled contract from 01/28/2026–03/04/2026. This night shift assignment includes 18 twelve-hour shifts (06:45 PM–07:15 AM) and pays $49.30/hr.

Scheduled shifts: Jan 28, Jan 30–31; Feb 2–5, Feb 10–11, Feb 14–15, Feb 18–19, Feb 23–24, Feb 28; Mar 1, Mar 3–4.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in a practicing state.
• PCU/Step-Down or Critical Care experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor patient status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Recognize and respond to clinical changes; escalate care as needed.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on care plans and self-management.
• Maintain complete, timely documentation in the medical record.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
