Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Progressive care, step-down, or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Core responsibilities

• Continuously monitor patient status and vital signs in a PCU environment
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Recognize and respond to changes in condition; escalate care as needed
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on care plans and self-management
• Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
