Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and vital signs; detect and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions safely and accurately
• Escalate care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team when patient status deteriorates
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient response
