Requirements:

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact)
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred)
• 1–2 years acute care experience preferred (ICU, Step-Down, or Telemetry)
• Current BLS; ACLS required or must be obtained within specified timeframe
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Strong critical thinking and ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for Step-Down/PCU patients
• Continuous patient assessment and cardiac rhythm monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Accurate, timely documentation of care and patient status
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies
