Travel RN – Stepdown (Night Shift) — Keene, NH (12-hr Nights, Cardiac Drip)

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a small community hospital in Keene, NH, on a contract/travel basis. This is a night stepdown position working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $3,192 per 48-hour block.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing stepdown-level nursing care in a close-knit community setting.
• Managing cardiac drips and other high-acuity needs.
• Supporting patients with dementia and using best-practice management strategies.
• Floating as needed across units.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience.
• Cardiac drip experience required.
• Experience managing dementia patients.
• Familiarity with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) and Epic electronic health records.
• Willingness to float between units.
• Must have your own vehicle — this community has limited/no public transportation.

Licensing and certifications:

• Active nursing license (New Hampshire accepted; compact licenses allowed).
• Nursys verification current.
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA).
• Permanent address on file.
