Telemetry RN — Nights in Louisville, KY | $49.30/hr, 6:45pm–7:15am, Feb–Mar Contract

Join a Louisville, KY facility for a bundled contract in Telemetry. Assignment runs 02/02/2026–03/15/2026, covering 18 night shifts (06:45 PM–07:15 AM). Rate: $49.30/hr.

Schedule (selected dates): Feb 2, 3, 5, 10, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 26, 27, 28; Mar 3, 4, 5, 10, 14, 15.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• 1–2 years Telemetry or Step-Down experience preferred.
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia identification.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and EMR proficiency.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, identify arrhythmias, and perform ongoing patient assessments and vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV drips, and other treatments safely and document all care and assessments in the EMR.
• Communicate significant patient changes promptly to providers and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education related to care and discharge planning.

This role requires dependable nighttime availability, clinical confidence in telemetry assessment, and clear communication within a fast-paced care team.
