We’re looking for a Telemetry RN to join a contract team in Louisville, KY from 01/27/2026 through 03/04/2026. This is a bundled contract with 18 evening-to-overnight shifts (06:45 PM – 07:15 AM). Pay is $49.30/hour.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you practice.
• 1–2 years of telemetry or step-down experience preferred.
• Confident EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia identification.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and clinical judgment.
• Comfortable using EMR systems and telemetry monitoring equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize arrhythmias.
• Perform ongoing assessments and routine vital sign checks.
• Administer medications, IV drips, and other ordered treatments safely.
• Thoroughly document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to providers in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide education and discharge instructions to patients and families as needed.
