Rate: Local: $2,360/40 hours

Required:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• Previous nursing leadership/managerial experience
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Oversee patient care delivery: assessments, medication administration, documentation; revise care plans as needed.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient coverage.
• Mentor, educate, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional development.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and quality standards; perform audits and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication among interdisciplinary team members for continuity of care.
• Advocate for patients and address patient/family concerns.
• Respond to medical emergencies per facility protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure staff compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
