- Provide charge nurse oversight for PACU/perianesthesia operations
- Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and daily assignments
- Deliver and oversee post-anesthesia nursing care and recovery
- Monitor patient status and respond to post-anesthesia complications
- Serve as a clinical resource and support to nursing staff
