Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8 hours/day)
Weekend/Holiday: Every 4–6 weekends; holiday coverage as needed
Rate: $2,804 per 40 hours

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status accepted
• Minimum 2 years SLP home health experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (traveler requirement)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment (e.g., language/communication aids, devices, wheelchairs)

Preferred:

• Acute care experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide home-based SLP evaluation, treatment, and documentation per agency and state regulations
• Use and recommend appropriate rehabilitation equipment and communication aids
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and follow established treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records and billing documentation

License: Massachusetts SLP license required.
