Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Contract, Lander WY, $70–$85/hr

We’re looking for a licensed speech-language pathologist to join a care facility team in Lander, Wyoming on a contract basis. You’ll work closely with facility leadership to deliver compassionate, evidence-based speech-language services to residents, following professional standards and facility guidelines.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate residents and complete thorough speech-language assessments
• Create and carry out individualized treatment and care plans
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and attend regular meetings
• Participate in facility committees and support accreditation activities
• Support residents with personal needs and activities of daily living as needed
• Follow facility policies and Wyoming Department of Health regulations, plus all applicable state and federal laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule and pay

• Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts
• Rate: $70–$85 per hour

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology (or acceptable equivalent)
• Current license to practice in Wyoming
