Join a 13-week contract opportunity in Lenox, MA, starting ASAP. This Speech-Language Pathology role follows an 08:00 AM–04:30 PM schedule. Compensation: Travel: $2,317/35 hours; Local: $2,282/35 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function using clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders and determine severity.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and swallowing safety.
• Recommend and instruct on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on strategies, exercises, and carryover techniques to support progress.
• Monitor, document, and adapt treatment based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, educators) to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records, including assessments, plans, and progress notes.
• Support patients in generalizing communication skills to daily activities, school, and work settings.
• Pursue continuing professional development to remain current in the field.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
